John Morton
Chief Executive Officer PCF1
John has held senior leadership roles over the course of a distinguished career in the financial services industry, managing private client and institutional funds across global equity markets. As a Director of Aberdeen Asset Management, he was responsible for the group’s investments in continental Europe, and in 2006 he co-founded European Wealth, which grew funds under management to £1.75bn during his tenure. John founded Broad Street Asset Management in 2017 before taking up the position of CEO at Vintage in 2019.

Zachary Hartnell
Business Development Manager
Zac has 11 years’ experience in financial services having previously worked as an Investment Analyst and currently as an Independent Financial Advisor. Zac is authorised to provide advice on personal pensions and specialises in working with companies on structuring and managing their employee benefits schemes. Zac has a degree in International Economics from the University of Nottingham.

Adviser
David, a seasoned professional, joined Vintage in 2020. With over 15 years of experience in Financial Services, he has worked extensively with large corporate and local government pension schemes in both the UK and Ireland. David’s unique expertise lies in holding qualifications in both jurisdictions, making him one of the rare individuals qualified to provide advice in both regions.
His commitment to excellence and deep understanding of financial matters make him an invaluable asset to our team. Whether it’s navigating complex regulations or offering strategic insights, David brings a wealth of knowledge to the table.

Danielle Miles
Head of Operations
Danielle joined Vintage in 2005 as an Employee Benefits Assistant. She was promoted to Employee Benefits Manager in 2012 and she now heads up a team of twenty specialising in corporate benefits including: defined contribution pension schemes, auto-enrolment, group life, income protection and critical illness cover. As well as overseeing the team on a daily basis, she also provides service to the team’s new business.

Dean Kidd
Head of Compliance & Risk (UK)
Dean Kidd boasts nearly a decade of experience in Compliance within the wealth and asset management sector, having held positions at both large corporations and medium-sized, rapidly expanding firms. His experience spans across a variety of industries, showcasing his versatility and adaptability in different work environments.
With a strong background as a Compliance Manager, Dean brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Vintage. Currently serving as the Head of Risk and Compliance for all Vintage companies, he holds the SMF16 Compliance Oversight and SMF17 MLRO functions.
Dean’s role is vital in ensuring that the company operates in full compliance with regulations and has played a pivotal role in driving the growth objectives of the Vintage Group of Companies.

Rachel Mercer
Account Manager - Group Risk
Rachel Mercer joined Vintage in 2004 as an Employee Benefits Administrator and has worked her way up to an Employee Benefits Accounts Manager. She has extensive knowledge in Group Pensions, Auto Enrolment and Group Protection benefits covering the UK and Republic of Ireland.

Peter Murphy

A specialist in investment markets, Peter has worked in the financial services industry for more than 20 years, having previously held senior roles at Irish Life Investment Managers and Bank of Ireland Private. He joined Vintage as a Non-executive Director in 2021 alongside his position as Founder and Managing Director of Insignia Financial, where his role includes providing expert advisory services to high-net-worth clients as well as managing portfolio investment products, including a defined-returns fund. He holds degrees in Financial Services, Accounting and Business Studies.

Yianna Kefala
Employee Benefits Administrator
Yianna joined Vintage Wealth Management in 2013 as part of the operational support team with responsibility for monitoring and reporting on workflow from their professional introducers.
She moved over to join us at Vintage Wealth International in 2016, where the key part of her role is arranging individual employee enrolment meetings for our largest corporate client, liaising with more than 4000 staff, and working alongside the international team offering administration services.

Paula Downey
Compliance Consultant
With more than 25 years industry experience Paula’s firm Downey Compliance Consultants has provided regulatory support to Vintage since the firm was established in 2021. Prior to establishing her business Paula held senior Compliance and management roles in MiFID firms, the funds industry and professional services. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, a Licentiate of the Compliance Institute, a Qualified Financial Advisor and holds a Law degree from Trinity College Dublin.

Ria spearheaded the Human Resources function at Vintage Group of Companies and has a wealth of experience in the field of HR including employee relations/engagement, T &D, talent acquisition, coaching, mentoring, wellbeing and creating HR policy to enable the organisation to achieve its people goals. With a hands-on approach to HR, Ria is dedicated to positively impacting a company culture where employees thrive and are proud of their contribution to the overall success of the company.
